Former WWE Develpment Wrestler, Kenny Omega, sent the following info to me.
Kenny writes:

Someone is definitely trying to work you. It makes me put on the thinking cap and try to figure out who would have done it. One thing though, is that Adam Knight is a fairly professional guy and wouldn’t hold an opinion such as the one shown in that email.
For one, this guy named Kid Xtreme looks nothing like me. That’s a rib. He’s 5’5,has straight dark hair, and he’s a ‘promoter’ for a Winn*peg backyard fed.
Adam Knight, Jeff Doyle, and Yogi Donovan are all the same person. Apparently they worked each other in back to back matches….uh huh………
Also, PCW has never run outside of Manitoba and rarely runs out of Winn*peg. For someone to pick a small farm town from Saskatchewan and say they ran there advertising Joe…….Not likely.
The only part of this whole email that makes sense is that Virgil was all for being a part of a main event angle. hahaha”
So to my shock this has all been a “rib”, but on who? (or is it whom?)
Regardless, here’s what we come away knowing.
On 9-27-07 PCW promoter, Andrew Shallcross, booked Samoa Joe & Chris Sabin on a show in Winn*peg.
Sabin & Joe appeared and wrestled. Joe wrestled Kenny Omega going over.
Andrew Shallcross lied to TNA about sending fees before the show then refused to pay after the show as he was upset at the Match Samoa Joe had with Kenny Omega. Kenny was not upset.
Andrew later promised in writing to send at least Chris Sabin his fee directly as he had never complain about his match. He never did.
So while not as entertaining as Virgil defending the TNA Title, the “story” of a dishonest promoter is always news.
Likely that’s it for this story, but it was a fun ride while it lasted.
