TNA has been teasing the Suicide character on TV for a while now that has been identified in numerous reports as Frankie Kazarian (Kaz) returning to TNA under a mask.
We are also aware that Suicide is the lead player character in the soon to be released TNA/Midway Video Game, scheduled for next Tuesday 9/9. Low Ki/Senshi (Brandon Silverstry) is the voice of Suicide in the game.
But I’ve learned that Suicide is also a woman featured in various girl on girl encounters at www.ringdivas.com dating back to at least 2007.
Who owns the trademark?
A quick search at the United State Patent and Trademark office site suggests that no one does. Of the 91 Live & Dead listings that came up under a “Suicide” search, only two were “Suicide” alone, one from 1980 and one from 1992 and both were Dead.
Frequently “continued and uninterrupted use” is important in determining who may own a “mark”.
So, I wonder “Who is Suicide”? Stay tuned.
