It is being reported that former TNA Champion Ron “The Truth” Killings is expected to receive a main event-level push in WWE in the very near future. He is expected to make his debut on the Smackdown brand as he has been working dark matches for quite some time now.
Chris Harris, another former TNA talent and Tag Team Champion, is also being considered for a call up to the main roster. He is currently training in the Florida Championship Wrestling developmental system and may make his move to TV soon.
To clear up any confusion concerning the Summerslam 2008 poster, there are two versions currently in circulation. WWE’s Affiliates Website released a poster featuring Diva Maria on a jetski, while InDemand PPV has released a poster featuring John Cena giving an FU to Jeff Hardy. This week’s edition of Friday Night Smackdown will be pre-empted in New York City. This will be the third straight week it has been pre-empted here for Yankee’s baseball, which is why I haven’t been able to post my weekly Smackdown review.
