Former Ring of Honor champion Brian Danielson defeated Lance Cade in a dark match.
Danielson was billed from Oakland and won the night’s 10-minute opener with his submission finisher, Cattle Mutilation. Danielson was said to have looked great during the match and had the crowd behind him.
ROH booker Gabe Sapolsky declined to comment this morning.
