Stacy Keibler Wanted To Go Uncensored?, Lashley/Carlito



Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler lobbied hard to do a no scene in the movie Mercy, an upcoming film by writer Scott Caan, but director Patrick Hoelck nixed the idea. Hoelck soon changed his mind and okayed the scene with Keibler, but Keibler nixed the idea herself. Keibler was then dropped from the film altogether. The role has since been given to a “no-name” actress.

Puerto Rican wrestling promotion World Wrestling Council announced on their June 1st television show that former WWE wrestler Bobby Lashley will be apart of the WWC anniversary show on July 19. The announcement was made by Willie Urbina, who also confirmed appearances by Carlito and his brother Eddie Colón. As we’ve been reporting, Lashley recently signed with the American Fight League mixed martial arts promotion. His first fight is scheduled for October and he will be working both MMA and pro wrestling shows in the coming months.

Pay-Per-View provider iNDEMAND has released their official synopsis and poster for the upcoming Great American Bash event. The synopsis reads: Rev your engines, WWE Superstars are about to go head-to-head at The Great American Bash. Donât miss Triple H, John Cena, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Undertaker, Batista, CM Punk and all your favorites fight it out Sunday, July 20th live at 8pm ET/5pm PT, only on Pay-Per-View. The PPV poster features World Heavyweight Champion Edge spearing Funaki. It’s interesting to note that WWE has done away with the patriotic theme for the event. The new Great American Bash logo is comic book-styled.
