WWE Personality Confirms the End of Show

WWE’s Josh Matthews confirmed the widespread rumors on his WWE.com Fan Nation blogâ“this weekend will mark the final Heat telecast.

“Make sure to watch The Weekly Top 5 on WWE.Com every weekend and don’t miss the FINAL episode ever of Heat as well, 513 episodes and now its all over,” wrote Matthews at http://fans.wwe.com/joshmathews/blog/?pref_tab=blog.

The Heat cancellation had first been reported in conjunction with news that ECW was going to start being taped with RAW, rather than SmackDown, in the coming weeks. Having previously distributed Heat internationally, reports, which originated on PWInsider.com, say WWE will instead offer international affiliates a “WWE Classics” program.
