Could TNA Beat WWE This Week? (ECW Rating), Tazz/Adamle

ECW On Sci-Fi did a 1.1 rating this week, down from a 1.3 rating. This could be the first week ever where TNA Impact does a bigger rating than ECW.

Tazz and Mike Adamle did not return to the backstage area last night. They left the show and did not return. Many WWE workers actually thought Adamle walking out was a legit shoot and figured Vince McMahon had fired him. Obviously the situation is a worked storyline though.

Next week’s ECW On Sci-Fi will be the 100th episode. The plan is to broadcast it live. Matches announced for the show include Mike Knox vs. Tommy Dreamer in an Extreme Rules match and Colin Delaney vs. Armando Estrada to earn a contract. It looks now as if Vince knew and told VERY few people.

ESPN’s Mel Kiper, Jr. stated during an appearance on Mike and Mike in the Morning that he thinks James Laurinaitis (son of Road Warrior Animal) will be a top ten pick in 2009.

For the month of June, WWE has several house show line-ups. On Raw, they have Orton vs. Triple H, Orton vs. Triple H vs. Umaga, and Orton vs. Cena. On SmackDown, they have Taker vs. Edge, Batista vs. Edge, Taker & Batista vs. Edge & Show, and Taker, Batista & Mysterio vs. Edge, MVP and Khali. However, based on recent storylines on SmackDown, it looks like a number of these line-ups will change come show time.
