This morning, World Wrestling Entertainment announced that veteran wrestler Dave Taylor, last seen teaming with Drew McIntyre on Smackdown, has been released from the company.
Aside from his limited in-ring work for the company, Taylor had also worked in WWE’s developmental system.
The company traditionally does “spring cleaning” after Wrestlemania, so don’t be surprised to see more cuts in the coming weeks. As we reported here at the site, WWE released 3 developmental talents last week.
