Big No Way Out Buyrate, ROH/TNA Working Relationship?

This year’s No Way Out pay-per-view is estimated at doing 328,000 buys, with 207,000 of those buys coming from North America. This number is 59% up from last year’s show, which drew a total of 205,000 buys — 135,000 of which came from North America. No Way Out featuring two Elimination Chamber matches was the most successful “B” show since the 2006 Vengeance pay-per-view, which drew 429,000 total buys for the in-ring return of D-X.

ROH is looking to bring back some of their top stars of the past who now work for TNA. Don’t be surprised to see guys like Samoa Joe and Homicide back in ROH in 2008. Payton Banks worked the ROH show in Orlando.

Former backstage interviewer Leticia Cline’s memorable appearance on the Howard Stern show is coming to PPV. Leticia’s 1st Wild Ride premieres on 5/27.

WWE has signed Joe Hennig, son of WWE Hall of Famer “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig and grandson of Larry “The Axe” Hennig, to a developmental contract. Joe made his wrestling debut last July. He appeared in a tag match on SmackDown last September, but never tagged in.
