More On Larry King/WWE Cancellations, Major Lashley Update

Larry King Live on CNN was scheduled to have WWE superstars as guests twice, both times the show was pre-empted in favor of current topics including the prostitution scandal involving then New York governor Elliot Spitzer and the five year anniversary of the start of the U.S. war in Iraq. CNN has rescheduled once again, and now the stars of WWE are slated to be interviewed on 3/27, which will go head to head with Impact, which is airing live on Spike TV.

Roddy Piper’s 18 year old son Colt Toombs is looking at getting into MMA.

The Sports Legacy Institute has added Rob Van Dam and Booker T (as Booker Huffman) to its advisory board. The Sports Legacy Institute has been spear headed by former WWE superstar Chris Nowinski.

Bobby Lashley’s management team has thrown his name out to MMA groups including the UFC. In years past, Lashley trained for MMA. Lashley is financially in good shape, and doesn’t have to make a rush decision about his next career move.
