Puerto Rican wrestler Black Pain, a former Universal champion in WWC, got a week-long tryout in Florida Championship Wrestling last week in hopes of landing a developmental deal with WWE.
For the week ending February 23, Smackdown in Australia had 119,000 viewers and Raw had 96,000. They were the No. 20 and No. 35 ranked shows on cable.
Last night’s edition of Raw drew a modest 3.5 overall cable rating with a viewership of 5 million people. The show did a 3.46 in the first hour and a 3.47 in the second hour, which rounds up the number to a 3.5. Last week’s show garnered a 3.5 rating as well.
WWE will be touring Mexico for four dates in late May. They will be in Arena Monterrey on 5/21, outdoors in Queretearo at the bullring in 5/22, and at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on 5/23 and 5/24.
