According to a report by The Wrestling Observer, in regards to plans within TNA to run a live Impact on March 27 for Spike TV (the weekend before WrestleMania 24), the company had already released a TV taping schedule through May with all tapings taking place on Monday and Tuesday. TV tapings are scheduled for March 24 and March 25, although TNA sources are stating that everything is up in the air at the moment in regards to running a live show on March 27 and whether they will move to Thursday and Friday tapings. A final decision is expected to be made by next week.
Last night’s TNA event in Westbury, NY drew a crowd of 3,000. This is believed to be the biggest non-PPV crowd ever for a TNA event. The company wraps up its New York tour with an event tonight in Elmira, NY.
