From Heather Niles: I saw Dwayne Johnson on the Oscars. He was on hand to present the award for Visual Effects (If I remembered that correctly). He was funny when he talked about “an 8-year-old boy thinking that the face melting scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark was very very real” and then trying to act like it wasn’t himself he was talking about.

From Walter Zeman: On Sunday March 2nd the Empire Wrestling Federation will run there “ROCK of AGES” show in Covina Ca. Former Rocker and WWE star Marty Jannette will be taking on Former EWF Heavyweight Champion Dan “The Man” Kobrick. Plus current EWF Heavywieght Champion Brandon “Nitro” Gatson is in tag team action with Scorpio Sky vs JT Blackstar and Ryan Taylor.

After over 12 months away from the business, the Big Show returned to the WWE during the No Way Out pay-per-view this month and following an appearance on Monday Night RAW to further his angle with Floyd Mayweather Jr., the Big Show has been assigned to the Smackdown! brand this week. While RAW is considered to be WWE’s top brand, Smackdown! is in need of some main event players at the trimmed Big Show certainly falls in that category.
