Contrary to his on-camera persona as a flamboyant self-promoter, boxing champ Floyd Mayweather is said to be quiet and reserved backstage. Heâs friendly when approached, but he primarily keeps to himself and spends most of his time hanging out with his entourage. He has impressed people with his professionalism when itâs time for business.
Speaking of Mayweather, the Boxing Writers Association of America named him their “Fighter of the Year”. In an interview with ESPN.com, Mayweather said, “It’s always a blessing to get an award of this magnitude”.
