— Thanks to Ralph for sending this in: I live in the Los Angeles area and WWE is advertising for the RAW show in February that Randy Orton and Mr. Kennedy will face D-X, which might be an indication that Jeff Hardy might be out of the title picture sooner than expected.
— Weâve gotten emails from a few readers who were in attendance at RAW last night and said that there was a fight between a Giants fan and a Patriots fan during the Mickie James/Beth Phoenix match that had to be broken up by event security. It looks like the security guards were New York fans, since the Pats fan was the only one to be kicked out.
— Thanks to Stan Morris & PWInsider for the following: Working in the television industry myself, I wanted to pass this along. With many cable providers and satellite companies still not carrying USA Network in HD yet, people will be wondering what can they do to get it. I spoke with someone today a large cable provider and here are a few tips:
– Call your cable/satellite provider and tell them you want USA in HD!
– Go to the cable office to request, in person, the channel in HD.
– Write them a letter (or 5) requesting the channel in HD.
– Do anything you can, legally, that would annoy the heck out of your cable or satellite company! The more you bug them and bother them, the more they will tell their boss. Then their boss will tell their boss until finally, someone will make the call to get the channel!
