American Gladiators Rating Is In, Brooke Hogan, Kane, Venis

Last night’s debut of “American Gladiators” which is hosted by Hulk Hogan drew a strong 5.9 cable rating. This rating was the highest non-sports rating in the age 18-49 demographic in that time period in almost three years. The show finished number in the time slot among the adults 18-34 and led all key male demographics. American Gladiators is the highest rated new show premiere on any network this season. NBC’s highest premiere prior to Gladiators was “Heroes” debut on September 25, 2006.

2008 Republican Presidential Candidate Ron Paul has officially listed Glen Jacobs (a/k/a Kane) and Sean Morley (a/k/a Val Venis) as celebrity endorsers.

The Sun out of the United Kingdom claims that Brooke Hogan is auditioning to be on Dancing with the Stars.
