I know that he is older and heavier now, but man it was good to see Scott Hall again on television. Even though they just showed the âBad Guy❠getting out of his rental car, I was already excited to see what was going to go down. I guess you know by now, I donât read the spoilers. I am not judging those that do because I have been there before myself. However, if you really want to enjoy the show, just wait till it airs on television. There is nothing better. Trust me.

Match of the Night: Christian Cage vs. Kaz

TNA wasted not time setting the tone for the night in this final for the Fight for the Right Tournament. Kaz and Cage both brought their A-game. I finally realized who Kaz reminds me of. Can you say Antonio Banderas? Kaz has great in ring ability, but something is missing. I just donât see him as a main event attraction yet. In a way, I am glad the Coalition made their way to help out their leader. Now we get to see this match again at Genesis. Add in a ladder, and it should be another classic involving the Instant Classic himself. Who knew Matt Morgan could speak so well?

Kevin Nash and the Angles, sounds like a good sitcom to me. I really hope TNA doesnât overdo it with these skits in between commercials. Even though they are entertaining and make us laugh, too much of a good thing can be bad. (aka N.W.O.) There is nothing like a post match interview. Thank you TNA for bringing these back. Itâs a lost art in this business. Ohh and do me a favor, never break up the Christian Coalition. I would be heart broken.

Worst Match of the Night: Gail Kim vs. Alexa Jade?

This had doom written all over it. Why would your first match as the new TNA Womenâs Champion be against a jobber. I swear, TNA just grabs people from the crowd to compete in their Knockout Division. Although Kim is solid with her in ring work and never misses a beat, you canât pull off a good match with just anyone. I will admit, Jade did hold her own for a little while and looks to have good potential. Looks like VKM has been lowered to promoting a womenâs title match at the next PPV. What happened here? ODB has to be a man! Now when you refer to a knockout, Karen Angle comes to top of mind. I canât believe how many times this lady has been turned down. Where did all the men go? Câmon fellas, open up those eyes! Sheâs a 10!

Team 3D took on Abyss and Black Machismo for the next bout of the night. Did anyone else catch the new Miss Elizabeth at ringside? Itâs just a matter of time my friends. OK, I have seen enough Matt Morgan for the night. Team 3D must bring hope to all those less fortunate physical specimens looking to break into the world of professional wrestling. I want to know what Brother Devonâs workout routine is as of late. WOW!

Abyss can now be considered old school TNA. Black Reign is Dustinâs best creation yet. I love the rat too! Team 3D got some good licks with those belts on Machismo. Those should leave a mark. I like the Motor City Machine Guns, but size will matter in this war.

Jeremy Borash is starting to make me laugh and Scott Hall has still got some spunk left in him. Just ask Kurt Angle. Can anyone tell me what in the heck Scott Steiner just said? What goes on in that head of his? Rick must think heâs gone off the deep end during their interviews.

Next up was the Takedown Challenge between âThe Phenomenal❠AJ Styles and âBig Pappa Pump❠Scott Steiner. I almost wet my pants while laughing hysterically at AJâs wrestling singlet which had the words âGainesville Vocational❠written across the chest. Who knew Styles could be so funny? I am still laughing. When they stood next to each other its ridiculous how big The Big Bad Booty Daddy is. He was double AJâs size. Where else can you see Scott Hall, AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, The Steiner Brothers, and Tomko on the same show? Man I love TNA!

The end of the night brought us a star studded main event which included âTennessee Cowboy❠James Storm, Robert Roode, and Kurt Angle vs. âShowtime❠Eric Young, Samoa Joe, and Sting. It really had kind of a Survivor Series feel to it. This match had the past, the present, and the future all in the same ring. The match was fun to watch and I canât help but think how Earl Hebner always gets the good matches. Rudy Charles must really be disappointed.

You got to love the TNA fans. I got goose bumps when they started chanting âWelcome Back❠to Scott Hall. Hall also delivered the line of the night when he said to Nash âI didnât get the memo about the dress code and I thought we were still dying our hair.❠Damn, it was good to see the Outsiders together again! Overall I gave the show an A. It was pretty solid from top to bottom.
