WWE World Heavyweight Champion Batista recently sat down with The Baltimore Sun for a Q & A session to promote his autobiography, Batista Unleashed. When Batista was asked if writing the book was therapeutic, Batista said, “It wasnâ<80><99>t really therapeutic getting it all written out, but it kind of opened up the door for communication between my ex-wife [Angie] and I. We had just built up a lot of anger toward each other, and I think neither one of us looked at our situation from the other sideâ<80><99>s point of view. We really started talking a lot about it. She saw things in a different light and so did I. Itâ<80><99>s funny, because weâ<80><99>re closer now than we have been in years. She said she learned a lot about me in the book and the way I looked at our marriage and the problems that I had on the road, because she said she never had any idea what I was dealing with on the road.” When asked about his real-life scuffle with Booker T, Batista said that it was a personal issue. When noted that he was a grandfather, Batista said that the only person that ribs him about it is Triple H.
IGN.com has a new interview online with former ECW Champion Bobby Lashley and WWE Diva Torrie Wilson. The two discuss the new SmackDown vs. RAW 2008 video game in a shoot style interview. During the piece, Wilson said that she likes to work stiff in her matches. She also noted that she hates bikini matches and hope that there is never another one in WWE. Torrie noted that once the company hears that she said that sheâ<80><99>ll probably be placed in another one.
