‘Taker’s 15-0 Streak, WWE Earnings, & More News

WWE has announced it will report third quarter earnings on September 30th, before the market opens on November 1st. WWE management will host a conference call on November 1st at 11am ET to discuss the reports. A live web cast of the call will be available on WWE’s corporate website.

WWE Presents: Undertaker 15-0 will begin airing on inDemand starting on Monday, December 3rd. The synopsis of the show: He has been the biggest Superstar on sports entertainmentâ<80><99>s grandest stage, amassing a record unlikely to be equaled anytime soon. Eastern Illinois University is putting a pro wrestling spin on its presentation of Shakespeare’s “As You Like It” this weekend. The director tells the Times Courier that they researched pro wrestlers and matched them with characters in the play and based the costumes on looks of WWE wrestlers. One character is 6 foot 4 inches and is based on The Undertaker. The set itself resembles a wrestling ring with a padded floor and the forest has ring ropes and belts hanging from the ceiling and the trees are made of spandex. “As You Like It” performances are at 7 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday at the Village Theatre in Charleston. Sunday, the show will go on at 2 p.m.
