This is not WWE improving the Wellness Policy and cracking down, it’s WWE saving their name from being associated with seedy online pharmacies.
WWE’s wellness policy did not catch any of these wrestlers with the drugs in their systems at the time and are only now suspending them because the media got hold of the pharmacy list.
The officials in Albany NY, discovered the list and contacted WWE asking if they were going to act on the findings. WWE then released the statement about suspended wrestlers. Sports Illustrated and other sources got hold of the list and released the names.
Its a case of who on the list did WWE suspend, not who did WWE suspend who happened to be on the list.
We’ll keep you posted.
