Scott Hall & Big Vito Return, WWE Injury, More

In what has to be considered a “dream match,” Scott Hall will be wrestling WWE star Carlito this Friday night for the Puerto Rican-based World Wrestling Council promotion. This match will be Hall’s first wrestling match in about two-and-a-half years. Other matches scheduled for the card include Eddie Colón vs. Christian Cage, Vito vs. Joey Mercury, Sabu vs. Abyss. On Saturday night, Scott Hall will be competing again as he’ll be wrestling in a three-way match with Carlito and the WWC Champion Apollo. Vito will be wrestling Abyss on Saturday’s card. Apollo was scheduled to defend his belt against Goldust on Friday’s card, but that match has been nixed for some unknown reason.

WWE Tag Team Champion Domino broke his nose and perhaps his orbital socket taking a bump in his match with Cryme Tyme at the Smackdown tapings two Tuesdays ago. No word on how long he’ll be out of action, but a broken orbital bone is a serious deal and would keep him out for months.
