FOX News claims that Benoit killed his son with some sort of choke hold, meanwhile a TV or telephone cord was apparently used to kill Nancy. They determined that Nancy had died first because of her bodyâ<80><99>s state of decomposition which was on the floor of an office. Prior to this incident, police had never been summoned to that house. No details on the prescription steroids were given due to the fact that it may compromise the investigation.
Louis Fernando from Sports Illustrated joined FOX News to discuss the effects of steroids on pro wrestlers mixed with other drugs that are often used within the industry such as painkillers and sleeping pills. He discusses the long history of steroid use in wrestling, and how the death of Eddie Guerrero was linked to steroid use.
Jerry McDevit, a lawyer from WWE, joined the show to talk about the health problems with Chris Benoitâ<80><99>s son. He reveals that as soon as last Thursday, Nancy had called the family doctor asking for help to take care of the child. Chris also paid a visit to the doctor, where he was signing autographs and being personable before talking to the doctor about his son, then according to the district attorney going directly home and murdering Nancy very shortly thereafter. Jerry says that FOX Newsâ<80><99> reporting on the incident was over the top, and that this was not a roid rage killing as it took place over several days.
Features on Stone Cold Steve Austinâ<80><99>s ex-wife and former WWE diva Debra as well as other former pro wrestlers are going to be featured on the FOX News Channel in the coming days as more details on the case unfold.
