I attended the SmackDown tapings here and Iâll give you my thoughts:
During the SmackDown roster assemble, the crowd was mostly booing. I saw a few people below my row and they actually had tears in their eyes. Felt sorry for them.
Matt Hardy looks like ring rust, William Regal was okay. I really see him getting drafted. An Overall match, Matt Hardy wore different ring attire. He had a t-shirt saying magnitude I believe, couldn’t see it.
Batista and MVP worked very well together. Batista came out a little late during his entrance, and his firework theme was so late. When he started walking out he started walking and the fireworks went off. Everyone in my row was like what the heck? and some people were laughing.
Ric Flair and Edge didn’t work too well together. MVP came in. MVP came out with a uniform other than his power ranger attire. Batista came out but Edge quickly speared him. Edge and MVP then stared at the lifeless body of Batista and Ric Flair. The dark match was Batista and Ric Flair vs. Edge and MVP. I couldn’t tell who won; I left before I hit the traffic.
