Carlito’s brother, Eddie Colon, was given a tryout at the May 8 WWE SmackDown & ECW event. He wrestled against Shannon Moore and defeated him.

The current word in the WWE locker room is that Mr. Kennedy was definitely expected to win the WWE championship until he got injured. Edge was then moved to SmackDown and was the replacement plan.

ECW star The Sandman is confirmed to make a guest appearance courtesy of WWE on June 16th at the Alhambra for the PWU show to be inducted in the Alhambra Hardcore Hall of Fame. The late Johnny Grunge will also be inducted. Terry Funk and Rocco Rock were the first two inductees last year.

A pre-trial conference has been set for June 25 in Minneapolis in regards to the World Wrestling Entertainment trademark infringement lawsuit against Dale Gagner’s AWA Superstars promotion.

As we reported earlier, WWE.com is currently holding daily polls asking fans where they want to see certain wrestlers go with the upcoming Draft on June 11. It is interesting to note that today’s poll has to do with Rob Van Dam, whose deal with WWE expires later this month.

Shane Giles sent this in: WWE Smackdown star, Finlay, was spotted in Waterford City, Ireland on Tuesday afternoon at the world famous Waterford Crystal Centre. He was seen there with his family and was also in conversation with a local MMA fighter from the area. Whatever the reason for him being there, it would explain why he was missing from the Smackdown tapings on Tuesday night.
