Mick Foley is pushing for a role as the General Manager of RAW. His book did him no favors as much of the writing team is negative towards him right now.
Deuce & Domino were back in Ohio Valley Wrestling over the weekend so things don’t look too good for them on SmackDown. They’re still apart of the main roster as they are currently in Detroit for WrestleMania. They’ll probably be appearing in the tag team battle royal that is being filmed for the upcoming WrestleMania DVD. On WWE.com there is a video of the group backstage on a mirror talking about what their plans for the night are. Cherry then comes out and starts talking about the Hair vs. Hair match. The trio then gives their thoughts on the match.
WWE inquired about getting Justin Timberlake to induct Jerry Lawler into the WWE Hall of Fame. Timberlake grew up in Memphis and probably half of the kids in the city who are now between 20 and 45 years old grew up with Lawler as one of their local heroes. Timberlake turned them down. As did actor Jim Carrey. William Shatner’s deal was finalized last week, although the company had been working on it for a few weeks.
