DSW Stars To RAW, Hardy, Rock, Tazz, More

Ryan Clark

Several DSW wrestlers performed at RAW brand house shows over the weekend. Those individuals are DSW champion Bradley Jay, former WCW & TNA star Sonny Siaki, and Eric Perez. They all lost their respective matches. Their matches were likely “tryouts” to see if they’re ready to be called up to the main roster.

On Friday night, Tazz and Danny Doring took part in the The Ron and Fez â<80><9c>Big Ass Bashâ<80> at the Hard Rock Café in New York City. As part of the contest, East Side Dave faced a masked cowboy, sporting a cowboy hat – as the Midnight Rider. East Side Dave was the man behind the mask, but in great wrestling storyline irony, there was a second masked cowboy. The second masked cowboy was revealed to be none of than former ECW superstar, Danny Doring. As of late, Tazz has been moonlighting on 92.3FM Free.

Matt Hardy has a new blog up on his MySpace page talking about his street fight with Gregory Helms for Booker T’s PWA promotion in Texas last week.

The Rock has been getting a lot of media attention for his cameo in Reno 911! Miami which opened over the weekend.

Former WWE wrestler Kurrgan has been getting some press recently for his role in the upcoming film, 300.
