Konnan was scheduled to undergo surgery to replace his hip last week in Mexico. However, when doctors began the surgery, they had to stop when realizing his kidneys were in very bad shape. Due to his kidney condition the surgery was postponed until next week. Konnan is undergoing kidney dialysis and will need a kidney transplant. Konnan’s kidney dialysis is being done here in the United States.
