From Steve: I just watched “WWE 8 Day Week featuring Hulk Hogan” on DirecTV. It’s a free preview of the channel hosted by Mean Gean. It is “24/7 Legends of Wrestling” but DirecTV just changed the name to “WWE 8 Day Week featuring Hulk Hogan”. It’s just an hour long but DirecTV is just re-playing from 8pm when it starts til 12 midnight.And it also hypes Cena’s new movie every few seconds. Overall it’s not bad. It’s worth the watch.
During the American League Championship Series game Wednesday night, it was revealed that Jason Kendall’s favorite wrestler is “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. Kendall is a catcher for the Oakland A’s. Announcer Thom Brennaman said his favorite wrestler was George “The Animal” Smith. He said he was the father of James Laurinitus from the Ohio State football team. Wrong person bud, that’d be Road Warrior Animal! Nice.
John Cena’s – “Bad, Bad Man song” is featured on the trailer for the new Cedric The Entertainer movie CodeName: The Cleaner.
