In OVW, Brent Albright (Gunner Scott) cut his long hair, and shaved his facial hair, and is going to take some time off and is suppose to come back repackaged.
OVW grapplers The “Throwbacks” Duece & Dice (with Cherry) are down in Deep South Wrestling, as they volunteered to go down for two week.
WWE hall of famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has been added to Ringside Fest 2006, which takes place Saturday, 11/4. Also appearing: Kevin Nash, X-Pac, & Jimmy Superfly Snuka.
Speaking of Piper, he is appearing at Screamfest ’06 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL this weekend. Tickets are $25 or $30 for a weekend pass.
