The PWTorch Newsletter reports that Jim Ross was backstage at RAW in Milwaukee on Monday. Ross was feeding the announcers lines through the headset, which is a job that Vince McMahon usually does. Ross had also worked very closely with Joey Styles backstage at WrestleMania 22.
The feeling is that Ross does not want to go back on the road full time, however if Vince does ask him to come back to host RAW again, he would do so and make the best of it.
He has been going to the gym every day now as part of his rehab. The health scare he had recently is said to have changed his outlook on life. “There’s a lot of recipes in his cookbook he might not eat these days,” joked one friend of Ross.
