To follow up to our earlier report on this weekend’s WWE house shows, Rob sent along the following. … The local newspaper here in Huntington, WV, has an interview with Edge saying he will be defending his title against John Cena at both the Dayton and Huntington shows.
Now, if Edge is defending the title against John Cena on both shows, then the advertised Cena vs. Triple H vs. Kurt Angle match obviously won’t be taking place. So, what will Triple H and Angle be doing on the shows (if anything)? I guess we’ll have to just wait until the first show takes place tonight.

For the Philippines RAW shows, Mick Foley is scheduled for that tour. On the first night on Feb 24th in Manila, he will be the special referee for the Cena vs. Angle vs. Triple H match which isn’t advertised as a WWE Title match. Edge will be teaming up with Chris Masters to take on HBK and Ric Flair. The next night also in Manila, Foley is scheduled to team up with Flair and HBK against Angle, Edge, and Masters. The main event is Cena vs. Triple H in a steel cage for the title.
