GoDaddy.com are trying to run a commercial during this year’s Super Bowl starring Candice Michelle. However, ABC have not approved it as they are a bit leery that it may stir controversy like last year. GoDaddy.com and ABC are working on changing the commercial for it to be suitable enough to air. It costs $2.6 million dollars to air one 30 second commercial during this year’s Super Bowl.
Cheap Seats on ESPN Classic will be playing some footage of an episode of Mid-South Wrestling from 1980. The episode runs at 10:30 p.m. and then again at 1:30 a.m. tonight.
Indy wrestler John Walters typed on his blog that he is done wrestling for the Chaotic Wrestling promotion. Walters has left the promotion before in the past. Walters notes, “I don’t see myself going back there, however, I never say never.”
There are actually three different sets of Royal Rumble posters that have been placed on garbage cans all across Manhattan. It was first reported that a person saw a poster of Vince McMahon, clad in armour. There is also a poster of Shane McMahon, who is clad in armour as well. The other poster was of the shapely Stephanie McMahon, who is wearing a revealing skin-tight, turquoise dress. It looks like Linda McMahon was the lone McMahon to not have a poster in which to call her own.
Shawn Michaels will be appearing with Sting and Vince Russo on PTL on the Trinity Broadcasting Network next Thursday night at 10 p.m.
Lita will be making yet another appearance at an auto show as she will be signing autographs at the World of Wheels Bayside Explosition Center at 200 Mt. Vernon, Boston, MA from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM this Saturday.
