NBC Universal recently released a press release to radio stations across the country offering Shawn Michaels or Hulk Hogan for interviews next week. NBC Universal is beginning heavy advertising for RAW’s return to the USA network with commercials on all of their affiliated networks, such as USA, Bravo, and even NBC itself.
UPN issued a press release boasting the strengths of early numbers for SmackDown! on the new Friday timeslot. SmackDown! drew UPN’s best Friday rating in two years in the adult 18-34 year old demographic, and a triple-digit growth in adults and men compared to the previous shows that filled that slot. It was number one with men 18-34 and teens, second with all people 12-34.
The official website for the Sci-Fi channel, scifi.com, has a detailed article on The Rock’s latest movie project, “Southland Tales.” Rock plays a character named Boxer Santaros, who is an action-movie star with amnesia. Check out scifi.com to read more on that today.
