Another Ric Flair DVD could potentially be in the works. WWE are currently in negotiations with Kevin Von Erich over the purchase of the WCCW wrestling library. The library contains footage of several classic Flair matches. With the exception of Flair, none of WWE’s current top name wrestlers have even wrestled there.
Despite all the buzz surrounding Matt Hardy’s recent return to the company, WWE officials still hold him in the same regard as they did last year. Hardy is still seen as a mid-carder who could potentially move up the ranks given time. One source backstage was quoted saying, “He may move up to the next level, but not if he cuts too many promos like that first one.”
