There was a rumor going around that USA cleared four weekend programs for WWE’s move this October, including Heat, Velocity, Experience and a new show. As of this writing, USA is only committed to one WWE weekend show (depending on ratings, it’s possible new shows will be added at a later date).
The rumor picked up momentum when a doctored version of a Zap2it article began leaking onto message boards. After reviewing USA’s most recent press release and the actual Zap2it article, there is nothing to substantiate the claims that WWE will get four weekend programs.
