Carmella has been found not guilty of the assault. However, she has been found guilty of violating a protective order. Her accuser, Kristin Hine, filed the order against Carmella aftre she filed the charges. Cleveland Fox 8 reporter said, “Carmella apparently didn’t leave the club fast enough,” so she was found in violation of the order. (Not the same club where the assualt allegedly took place. No word yet on sentencing. (Thanks to TJ for his help on that)
We have late breaking news now that she has been placed on a one year probation, must pay a $150 fine, and serve 24 hours of community service.
