Jeff Hardy Late Again, Skipper’s Payrate, More Backstage News

Jeff Hardy showed up late to the December 21st Impact! Taping. He arrived only 30 minutes prior to the start of the taping. This has become a regular occurance with Hardy, which is why it makes sense that TNA Management decided to send Hardy home instead of using him on the show.

“PrimeTime” Elix Skipper reportedly makes $500 a night with TNA. Many wrestlers have said that with the payday given, they would not have done the spot off the cage Skipper did at the Turning Point Pay Per View.

Many wrestlers inside of TNA are unsure if the company will survive 2005, even with Dixie Carter’s recent pledges that Panda Energy is committed to the company for the long haul.

On a recent edition of “Between the Ropes”, Monty Brown said he wants to wrestle “an 80’s style with a modern twist”. This sounds eerily like the style WWE wants to move to. I think it’s fair to speculate that Brown wants to move on to the WWE at some point as most do.
