TNA News: Lynn Return Update, DDP’s Neck; More Backstage News

– As reported earlier, Jerry Lynn intends on making a return to the ring in June. From what is known, Lynn plans on only working indy shows on the weekends and will continue to work as an agent for TNA. There is a chance he could work a few matches for TNA, but many feel he won’t given his new status.

– Diamond Dallas Page’s neck seems to be in good shape thus far. For those who remember, Page was forced to retire from WWE due a neck injury (among other things). According to those backstage, Page has not complained of any soreness after working recent matches.

– Many backstage in TNA are praising “Primetime” Elix Skipper for his strong work ethic in the company and are glad to see it start paying off. Many have noted how hard Skipper worked while under contract to WWE during his developmental training following the purchase of WCW.

– TNA President Dixie Carter recently stated in a meeting with talent that the company has learned that doing a monthly pay per view format has actually blew away the money they were making while running the weekly Wednesday night PPV events in Nashville.
