Major Issues at JCW iPPV Today, Fan Reacts to Long Wait Time

Kevin NashThe following has been posted by Rydindyrtay in the comments section of WZ, and is a fan account of the issues which marred today's JCW iPPV event:

I ordered this PPV at 11:15 eastern time and waited and waited and waited. All in all I waited over three hours for it to start and when it finally did, I had spent more time waiting than the length of the PPV.

During the wait time there was a chat room available so I entered that to see what was going on. I was not the only one upset. Most people were making jokes about how unprofessional this was and asking when it would start. The powers that be even had an administrator in the chat to answer questions and by the end of it all even the admin they put in charged was trying to disassociate himself from this JOKE by saying that he in no way worked for Psychopathic, he was hired from a streaming company and that he even agreed this was ridiculous.

The only reason I continued to wait is because I had already paid and I wanted to see a lot of the advertised matches really bad. Little did I know that the biggest matches didn't happen. Card subject to change usually means one or two undercards but not the goddamn main events. I really wanted to see the I quit match but that turned into an unorganized confusing tornado tag match that last 5 mins and was nothing but weak punches and kicks with no wrestling moves at all.

The NWO vs DX match sounded promising too and looked like it was on pace to be a great match for any PPV but after a certain point it looked like the rest of the matches and looked like they ran out of spots so they just ended it. And why Vampiro got involved is beyond me. I've seen Jerry Lawler at the gathering before and he was entertaining so I was excited about that but he either no showed or left because he was tired of waiting around for the show to start.

Honky Tonk Man is another big name in the wrestling biz and was a big selling point on me buying the ppv and he wasn't there either. The steal cage match was a joke. The "cage" looked like the chain link fence you see in a person's yard that their dog can jump over. Not to mention it lasted no time. I don't know if the wrestlers were pissed because of how late the event started or if this ppv was just that poorly planned but every match was boring and looked like no spots were planned at all.

I think I saw two or three wrestling moves all night/morning and every match had several moments of standing around looking lost/confused. Every single person that paid for this piece of shit should have their money refunded. It seems like ICP thought they would just advertise a bunch of big names in the business and that would sell tickets and ppvs and once they got the people's hard earned money they had no concern with entertaining them and giving them their moneys worth. I really wanted to go to the gathering again this year but my girlfriend is 8 months pregnant so I couldn't go. I WANT A REFUND.
