Impact Wrestling Results (9/15) – Roode’s New “Challenge”, Sting vs Flair

Jeff Hardy enters AJ Styles' locker room and AJ tells him it's neither the time or the place. He tells Jeff that he has been there since the beginning, but Jeff almost ruined everything because of what happened at Victory Road. He says Jeff almost ruined what he and everyone else fought for, and he almost affected his family too. AJ tells him he doesn't drink or do drugs and says he doesn't ever see a time in the future where they could be around each other. AJ goes back to his locker and Jeff turns and leaves the room and looks upset.

Flair tells Hulk he says he is glad to see him, and Hulk says he knows Flair is going to beat Sting, but he has a backup plan to make sure things go according to plan. Sting sneaks up behind them and asks what the plan is, and Hulk and Flair tell him to get lost. Sting says he has a plan that includes them, and he is going to beat Flair tonight then he can get to Hogan. He says tells them goodbye and runs off and Flair calls him crazy, but says they don't need a backup plan when they have him in the ring tonight.

Crimson joins the show via satellite and he says he thought he had the BFG tournament all lined up with the lead he had, and he doesn't know what Joe was thinking. He says he is happy for Bobby Roode but the tournament should be his. He thought he took care of his problem with Joe at Slammiversary, but Joe went and made it personal and he will be back in two weeks to deal with Joe.
