More Case Details Behind Kurt Angle’s Recent DWI Arrest

Kurt AngleAs we previously reported, TNA Champion Kurt Angle's attorney has stated that the initial breathalyzer test that he blew at the sight of his DWI arrest, which registered at .091, above the legal limit, is inadmissible in court.

The Wrestling Observer has provided an update on the story, noting that while his follow-up breathalyzer came in below the legal limit, anyone can be charged with a DWI if his or her blood alcohol level is above a .05 and the person is taking prescription medication. A blood test, however, would be required in order to do this. It is believed that if a blood test was not administered to Angle, then it is very likely the case will not be prosecuted by the District Attorney.
