Notes From SD! Tonight: FCW Champ Appears, Rhodes/Orton

For those who missed WWE Smackdown tonight, following his match with Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton attacked Rhodes, and after taking a shot in the head by the ring bell from Orton, Rhodes was busted open the hard way.

The segment was heavily edited for TV, as previous reports stated that Rhodes was bleeding profusely for quite some time. On TV, you could tell Rhodes was bleeding during the segment, however it came across much more graphically in person. Also, several readers have sent in word that FCW Champion Leo Kruger was among the wrestlers surrounding the ring during Smackdown's opening segment featuring John Laurinaitis' speech.
