The first ever OVW Heavyweight Champion Trailer Park Trash entered the arena to kick the show off and welcome everyone to OVW Homecoming 5.
Match 1 – Former OVW Heavyweight Champion Nick Dinsmore and Aleida Ortiz defeated Kamel Dickinson and "Killa" Kaila Marie by pinfall following the Diamond Cutter by Dinsmore. This match was the debut of Ortiz, Dickinson, and Marie.
OVW alumni and former OVW Southern Tag Team Champion Mack Johnson was introduced to sing his hit country song when former OVW Heavyweight Champion "The International Playboy" David C and former OVW Southern Tag Team Champion Jason Lee interrupted, telling Johnson that The Davis Arena wasn't a place for country music, but rather a place for wrestling. David told Mack to get a partner. Former OVW Heavyweight Champion Vaughn Lilas came out to accept the challenge.
Match 2 – Vaughn Lilas and Mack Johnson defeated "The International Playboy" David C and Jason Lee by pinfall.
Former OVW manager Synn came out to the ring to speak to the live crowd, but was quickly interrupted by Benny Bray. Bray explained to her that he had been with every girl in the back and was interested in adding her to the list. Synn said that one man wasn't enough… that she needed "Seven". Former OVW Southern Tag Team Champion Seven entered the arena to beat down Benny. Seven was known in the WWE and ECW as Kevin Thorn.
Match 3 – Matt Octane, (OVW Alumni) Robert Fury, and American Assassin (w/ "Killa" Kaila Marie) defeated Percy R. O'Hoolihan, JC Roberts, and Raul LaMotta (w/ Loomis Kavanaugh) by pinfall.
Match 4 – (Former OVW Heavyweight Champion) "IronMan" Rob Conway, SK Evesledge, Brandon Blaze, and Christian Skyfire defeated Gary Cherry, Dynamite Derrick, The Phantom, and TJ Kemp.
Match 5 – Aleida Ortiz won an over-the-top-rope battle royal which also featured American Eagle, David C, Jason Lee, Dynamite Derrick, Rob Conway, Mickie McMichael, The Phantom, Benny Bray, Matt Octane, Robert Fury, Vaughn Lilas, Nick Dinsmore, Raul LaMotta, Percy R. O'Hoolihan, Kamel Dickinson, Christian Skyfire, SK Evesledge, JC Roberts, Robery Fury, Boss Brackens, and Mack Johnson.
