Monday's taped edition of WWE Raw from Mexico scored a final cable rating of 3.1, according to Nielsen Media Research.

The 3.1 number marks a decrease from last week's 3.2 final rating. Monday's show did 4.3 million viewers for the first hour, and 4.6 million viewers for the second hour.
