Breaking: Former Diva Announces Her Return To WWE

Lilian Garcia has announced that she is returning to WWE as the full-time ring announcer for the Smackdown brand. There is a video up on WWE's website that was filmed backstage at RAW in Tampa where she makes the announcement.
