John Cena vs Zack Ryder

Both guys shake hands and lock up and Zack tries to apply a headlock but Cena counters into a side headlock of his own but gets shoved off the ropes by Zack. Cena hits him with a shoulder block but Zack comes back with a hiptoss and a headlock, then goes for a cover but gets a two count. Zack flapjacks Cena then puts him in another headlock, but Cena counters into an AA attempt but Zack counters with an inverted facebuster for two. Cena powers up and shoves Zack off the ropes but Zack hits a neckbreaker and puts him back in a headlock.

Cena makes it back to his feet and backdrops Zack then whips him into the corner but Zack gets his knees up then hits a middle rope dropkick for two. He goes back up to the top rope and Cena tries another AA attempt but Zack fights him off and hits a tornado DDT for another two count. Zack sets up for the Rough Ryder but Cena ducks it and hits some shoulder blocks and a sitout side slam. He connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle and sets up another AA, but Zack holds the ropes and hits the Broski Boot. He measures for another Rough Ryder and jumps up, but Cena catches him again and hits an Attitude Adjustment for the win.

Winner – John Cena

Zack won't let Cena help him up and shoves him, and yells at him that this was his one shot at getting another title match and it was all he had. Cena says he is sorry and he will go get him another shot, and he goes to John Laurinaitis' office and interrupts David Otunga talking about the Slammy Awards. Cena says he is tired of games and demands that John gives Zack another chance, and John gives in and says he will give him another shot but he has to win, and Cena has to give up his title match. Cena can't believe it, but says he is out because he has been a champion because of opportunity, and he won't stand in Zack's way because he busts his ass and no one else gives him a chance.
