Zack Ryder is shown in the back getting looked at by trainers when John Laurinaitis walks in and says he is sorry and didn't know he wasn't cleared. He says he just got it but Eve turns around and yells at him and says it is his fault and he should have known that one of his Superstars was hurt. John tells her to shut up and show some respect, then he apologizes to Zack again and leaves as Eve and the trainers continue to examine Zack.
Kelly Kelly & Alicia Fox vs The Bella Twins
Kelly gets slammed on the mat then gets shoved in the corner and kicked by Brie, then counters with a bulldog for two but Nikki breaks it up. They try to switch spots and use twin magic, but guest announcer Perez Hilton pulls Nikki out of the ring and yells at her for cheating while Kelly rolls up Brie for the win. The Bellas get mad at Perez and shove him while Alicia and Kelly are celebrating on the turnbuckles, but Kelly and Alicia turn around and run them off.

R-Truth comes out to the ring but Wade Barrett interrupts him before he can speak, and excuses himself then says he will be announced as this year's Royal Rumble winner. He says he is glad Mick Foley is not in it, and he is an official entrant but so is a lunatic like Truth, then Truth calls him 'govna' and says he talks funny. Truth says they are right near Disneyland and he went today and it made him smile, then says he wishes Wade would smile. He shows some pictures of his visits to Disneyland and Wade asks what the point is, then Truth says Pinocchio told him Wade would win the Rumble and his nose grew. Truth says he believes alot of things, but he doesn't think Wade is winning the Rumble, then Miz runs in from behind and helps Wade attack Truth until Sheamus makes the save. Teddy Long comes out and says he is in charge now, and is making an over the top challenge right now.
