Del Rio's Royal Rumble StatusAccording to The Wrestling Observer, Alberto Del Rio is still rehabbing his torn groin and is very unlikely to appear in the Royal Rumble match for a potential back-to-back win of the big bout. When Del Rio suffered his injury back in late December, he had a 4 to 6 week time table for a ring return.
