Report: Injury Update On R-Truth After Leaving Main Event

R-Truth left the main event on RAW after taking a bump on the floor outside the ring. R-Truth was doing of frontwards dive over the top rope, landed flat on his back and hit his head on the ground. Joey Styles just tweeted an update on R-Truth's health:
