R-Truth left the main event on RAW after taking a bump on the floor outside the ring. R-Truth was doing of frontwards dive over the top rope, landed flat on his back and hit his head on the ground.

Breaking News! Somehow, @RonKillings is OK and has no injuries after flipping over the top rope, missing @MikeTheMiz and hitting the floor.
