Backstage: Christy Hemme Interviews Bully Ray
Backstage, Christy Hemme is with Bully Ray. Here we go! Ray bullies Hemme, then gets into his promo. He says he has Storm and Hardy's number, and that he's in Roode's head like no one else has ever been. Ray says he thinks everyone feels he's the dark house, but he feels he's the thoroughbred and the favorite tonight.
X-Title: Austin Aries vs. Alex Shelley
During the intro's to this match, on commentary, Tenay reveals that Sorensen has been taken to a hospital for evaluation due to what happened earlier. Dueling crowd chants break out for this match. Shelley looks to hit a dive onto Aries on the floor a few times early, but Aries hides under the ring each time. Shelley finally hits his big suicide dive over the top. Aries catches a Shelley kick attempt and goes back on the offensive for a while. Eventually, Shelley makes his comeback and hits the Sliced Bread on Aries. The ref counted to three, but immediately points to the hand of Aries, who had grabbed the ropes at the last second. Aries hits the Brainbuster on Shelley for a nearfall. Shelley gets a nearfall of his own shortly thereafter. The real finish came when Aries hit the Brainbuster on Shelley and followed it up with the Last Chancery for the submission victory.

Backstage, Christy Hemme is with Jeff Hardy. Hardy is wearing some weird ass face-paint tonight, folks. I know – big shock, right? Hardy tells Hemme that his back and neck have seen better days, but tonight he's seeing gold. Alrighty!
